BJJ & Boxing Classes Near Woodinville

Woodinville is only about 15 to 20 minutes from Caio Terra Academy Kirkland, whether you take SR-522 or Willows Road into central Kirkland. For Woodinville adults, teens, and children who want authentic Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Boxing under a 12x World Champion Caio Terra lineage, the short drive southwest is an easy trade for better coaching and a better facility. Whether your goal is fitness, self-defense, or high-level technical grappling, our instructors tailor instruction to your skill level.

Founder Endo Cleofe is an IBJJF Brown Belt and Caio Terra Association affiliate who trained under black belts Cindy Hales and Miriam Cardoza. Instructor Ender Cleofe brings over a decade of experience under AMC Pankration founder Matt Hume. Our facility features an engineered spring subfloor mat system that absorbs impact during takedowns and live drilling, reducing the cumulative stress on your knees, spine, and shoulders. This is especially valuable for beginners whose bodies are still adapting to the physical demands of grappling.

With roughly 39 classes every week across seven days, Woodinville residents can take advantage of 7:00 AM morning BJJ, midday lunch classes, and evening blocks including Boxing and Labwork. Woodinville families can also enroll kids in BJJ and Boxing, and our family discount structure makes training affordable for multiple children. The drive from Woodinville is short, and the coaching, facility, and schedule make it well worth the trip.
